退款政策

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and help make it right.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags and packaging.

Sale items, final-sale items, gift cards, and customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. This 14-day period includes weekends and public holidays.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
