About VELSÉE

VELSÉE is a small studio label for silk and cashmere womenswear and sleepwear, guided by a vision of understated European elegance. We design for quiet, everyday luxury: fluid drape, considered proportions and pieces made to be worn often.

How we make and ship

Our collections are produced with specialist manufacturing partners in China, selected for their expertise in silk garments and refined apparel. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment location in China with international tracking, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

What to expect

Dispatch: orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery: an estimated 7–15 business days to the United States and Europe.
Duties and taxes: where applicable, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Returns: 30 days from delivery for unworn items with tags attached. Customers in the European Union also have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
