Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Complimentary shipping is available on North American orders of US$100 or more and European Union orders of US$120 or more. Shipping charges for other destinations are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

• China (Domestic): 3–7 business days
• United States: 7–15 business days
• Europe: 7–15 business days
• Other regions: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders as indicated on our website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at postmaster@velseevip.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

VELSÉE is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, customs holds, carrier disruptions, or events beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are unable to redirect shipments once they have been dispatched. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment due to an incorrect address.
